Overall Experience Reviews For Sport Clips Haircuts of Powell

This is the third negative experience at this location and I felt I needed to advise others and I'm hopeful the owners of this franchise will finally take corrective action. I checked in online and was given an arrival time and showed up exactly at that time. There was the manager cutting a client's hair and another stylist with no client who had clearly finished cutting prior to me getting there. Note- I pre-selected first available; no one else was present and she was available. I called as the sign in front of the location directs; and, she invited me inside the store; the stylist excused herself and said she would be right back to take me back. I'm waiting more than 5 minutes in the store, she returns and walks right past me to the door where another customer just showed up and invited him inside and walked him past me to her station with not even an explanation. When I questioned it the manager replies he checked in before you! He was nowhere around, I was there exactly on time waiting??? This is completely disrespectful and has been the case 2 other times at this location and each time this same manager was involved. I strongly advise anyone looking at this location to go to any of 6 other hair salons in/near Powell. There is zero reason to support this business, this franchisee, and this manager for her attitude and complete lack of respect. I will never come back I am done with Sport Clips. FYI- what makes this even more rich is one of the other times I was checked in first but got there a few minutes behind another person who they took in first and I wasn't next? I was told by this same manager I would be placed at the bottom of the line because they cancelled me out??? I would have to wait over an hour; and the message was delivered with disrespect and condescention. Where are the absentee owners of this franchise and where is their any accountability?

They have a puppy in the back room and it smells like dog pee in the cutting area. The health department will be called. Unbelievable. The stylist I had likes to talk down about her employees and constantly saying she needs a drink.

Got the worst haircut I’ve gotten in a while the girl that was cutting my hair, don’t remember name was short and had some orange in her hair but all she did was laugh and talk the whole time like they were just relaxing and hanging out, waited 30 min just for her to give me a $3 haircut while listen to her life and say “it’s happy hour”. Don’t recommend this place at all.
